Once in a while a rare & Good things happens. That is been my experience with BumperStock. I had a problem with shipping was told By the shipping company, it was going to be here a certain day, so I left a individual in the shop waiting all day for it to show up. Only to find out supposedly did not fit on the Delivery truck so they did not ship it. This is no fault of BumperStock. The individual from BumperStock called to find out if everything was good with the bumper. I explained to him the disappointments of waiting all day for bumper the wasn't going to show up and not even called to say so. This individual at BumperStock went out of his way and found a different truck delivery to deliver my bumper. It was here the next day. That is what I call service, and great customer service! As for the bumper, it fit perfectly,- everything matched and lined up the way it was supposed to --- instructions were to the detail. When I finally get delivery of my new electric truck from Ford I will be calling BumperStock again to get A newbumper for that truck.
