Why Owners Choose Go Rhino
You can buy this in 3 stages. The bumper now. The winch next year, when the budget clears. The lights whenever you get around to running the wire.
Go Rhino builds the front bumper for exactly that sequence. The winch bay is already in there, behind a hinged cover. Run the truck for 2 years with that cover shut and there is no open hole to look at. Open it the day the winch shows up. Nothing gets cut and nothing gets filled. You paid for the bay and the light ports once, with the bumper.
Then there's the steel. On a BR6 or BR11 the winch tray and its brackets are cut from 1/4 inch plate. Rhino Hook shackle mounts bolt to the frame rails, not to the back of the bumper skin. A recovery strap pulls on the frame.
Go Rhino holds a design patent on that hook, D790,408. The patent is about its shape. What matters when you put a strap on it is where it bolts.
Because it sits proud of the truck in textured black and squared-off lines, the front reads heavier than stock.
Last, the finish. Go Rhino warrants its textured black powder coat for 5 years, on a bumper installed to the instructions. That covers red rust, peeling, flaking and cracking.
Who Builds Go Rhino Bumpers Now
Go Rhino started in 1975 in the Los Angeles area, making wheel well trim and body side molding. Steel came later.
Since August 2023 the brand has belonged to RealTruck, which bought Go Rhino's parent company IDDEA. The name carried over, and so did the series numbers. RealTruck publishes the warranty today.
Go Rhino builds in both the United States and Mexico. Which one depends on the part number rather than on the brand.
The BR20 rear bumper is the Go Rhino line we ship most often. The truck it lands on most is the Chevy Silverado 2500/3500.
Which Go Rhino Series Fits Your Truck
The BR6 and the BR11 cover most trucks, and they split by size. Half-ton and midsize trucks take the BR6. Three-quarter-ton and one-ton trucks take the BR11, on the trucks and year spans the listings name.
Three more sit outside that split. The Element goes on the Ram 1500 and the Tacoma. Trailline goes on the Jeep. And there is a single BR5.5 for the 2018-2020 F150. The rear bumpers fit the half-tons and the heavy duty trucks, though there is no Go Rhino rear here for a Tacoma or a Colorado.
Exclusions are per truck, and they run across Ford, Chevy, Ram and Toyota. Most are about driver-assist packages and sport trims. Each listing names the ones that apply to it.
BR6 Front Bumper
It arrives in 2 pieces. You carry half at a time. The tray is in the box, and Go Rhino rates it to 12,500 pounds. It comes predrilled for common winch bolt patterns.
Weight runs 159 to 199.5 pounds. It varies by truck and by part number. A 2015-2017 Ford F150 is 171 pounds. A Tacoma is 189.
Run the BR6 if your truck is a half-ton or midsize and you want the winch question left open. We carry it for the F150, Silverado 1500, Ram 1500, Tundra, Tacoma and Colorado, plus a Raptor version.
BR11 Front Bumper
The BR11 is the heavy-duty series. It runs full width and the winch tray ships in the box. Go Rhino rates that tray to 16,500 pounds.
These run 152 to 221 pounds. The heaviest is the 2015-2019 Silverado 2500/3500 at 221, and nothing else in this collection weighs more.
This is the only Go Rhino front bumper we carry for the heavy trucks. That covers the Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty, the Silverado and Sierra 2500/3500, and the Ram 2500/3500.
Element Front Bumper
The Element is the light one. It weighs 82 pounds on a Tacoma and 123 on a Ram, against 189 for the BR6. Its shell is 14 gauge steel on 1/4 inch brackets. Gauge counts down as steel gets thicker. The brackets are the thick part. Paintable mesh replaces solid plate in the wings, and the corners sit higher for tire and ground clearance. It has no winch bay.
The face is cut for a single 20 inch double row LED bar, sold separately. It comes 2 ways. The fixed mount holds the bar out in the open. The power version hides it behind a steel panel that opens from a switch in the cab. That motor has its own wiring, and it is the one part covered for 1 year rather than for life.
On the Ram 1500 the Element fits the new body style only, excluding the Rebel, Warlock and TRX. The active air dam has to be disconnected. On the Tacoma the TRD skid plate comes off and is not reused, and the front bumper cover gets cut. Some assembly is required either way.
BR20 and BR20.5 Rear Bumpers
Our Go Rhino orders lean to the rear. Both series form the steps into the corners. The step is part of the bumper rather than a bolt-on pad.
Most carry provisions for the license plate lights, the trailer light plug, spare tire crank access and the reverse sensors. The mix changes by truck.
For almost every truck and year span here, only one of the 2 fits, and the listing decides which. The exception is the 2019-2022 Ram 1500 Classic, where both are listed. The BR20 is the long-running version and covers more trucks. Newer is the BR20.5. On that Ram, compare the 2 listings or call us and we'll tell you what differs on your truck. The pair spans 101 to 148 pounds.
Trailline Front Bumper
For a Jeep, Trailline is the front bumper we carry, at $914.99. It runs full width on the Wrangler and the Gladiator. In the face is a latched gear drawer. Rhino Hooks here are 1 inch thick and fully welded. Winch slots are rated to 12,000 pounds.
It will not fit factory LED fog lights. The fairlead mount, the plate a winch cable runs through, is a separate part.
Picking the Winch and the Lights
Treat each winch rating above as a ceiling. What you need depends on what your truck weighs loaded. Check the sizing guide from the winch brand you buy, and stay under the bumper's number.
Lighting works off the ports, which are just holes cut in the shell. Go Rhino makes light plates that hold small square lights in the face, and a Light Mount Bar for one long bar across the front. Tell us your part number and we'll tell you which mounts are made for it. Every light, winch and D-ring is bought separately.
What to Know Before You Buy
- Fitment. Each listing names the trucks and the year spans it covers. Most name one truck and one span. A few cover 2, like the Wrangler and the Gladiator on one part number. The notes name the trims, powertrains and driver-assist packages we know are excluded.
- Warranty. Go Rhino covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, on a bumper installed to the instructions. That is a defect warranty, not damage cover. The finish carries 5 years to the first owner against red rust, peeling, flaking and cracking, and environmental damage including road salt is excluded. Electrical parts carry 1 year, which means the Element power bar and its motor.
- Install. These bolt to factory mounting points. The listings that mention drilling all say none is required. Some don't say either way, so ask us and we'll pull the instruction sheet for your part number. The 2 Elements are the exception, and the extra work on each is listed above. Weight is the hard part. Plan on 2 people and a floor jack.
- Price. Flat by series. Every BR6 and BR11 is $1,784.99. A Ram 3500 owner pays what an F150 owner pays. Every BR20 and BR20.5 rear bumper is $1,109.99. The Element is $1,189.99 with the fixed light bar mount, $1,549.99 with the power bar. Trailline is $914.99. Prices as of August 2026.
- Buying. Our dealer status is what keeps the manufacturer warranty live on a bumper bought here, and every one ships new in the box. Between 2 series? Email support@bumperstock.com or call 844-827-4442 with your year, model and trim.
Pick your truck above and reinforce your front end.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Go Rhino bumper should I buy for my truck?
Truck size picks it. Half-ton and midsize take the BR6. Three-quarter-ton and one-ton take the BR11. Both cost $1,784.99. On a Ram 1500 or a Tacoma there is a second option. The Element drops the winch bay for a 20 inch light bar. It is the lightest bumper here, 82 pounds on a Tacoma and 123 on a Ram. At the rear, the BR20 covers more trucks than the BR20.5.
What vehicles are compatible with Go Rhino bumpers?
Ford: the F150 and the F250/F350 Super Duty. Chevy: the Silverado 1500, the Silverado 2500/3500 and the Colorado. GMC: the Sierra 2500/3500. Ram: the 1500 and the 2500/3500. Toyota: the Tundra and the Tacoma. Jeep: the Wrangler and the Gladiator. Model years run from about 2010 into the mid-2020s.
Who makes Go Rhino bumpers?
Go Rhino, under RealTruck. RealTruck bought Go Rhino's parent company, a manufacturer called IDDEA, in August 2023. Production runs in both the United States and Mexico depending on the product line. Tell us the part you are looking at and we'll confirm where it is built.
Is Go Rhino still in business?
Yes. Go Rhino has been going since 1975. It became a RealTruck brand in August 2023, when RealTruck acquired its parent company. The reason the question comes up is that the old standalone Go Rhino web address now points at RealTruck. The series numbers on this page did not change when the ownership did.
Is Go Rhino a good brand?
Judge it on what is written down. Shackle mounts bolt to the frame rails. The finish is warranted 5 years to the first owner against red rust, with environmental damage including road salt excluded. Weights are published per part number. You know what you are lifting before it arrives. What you should know going in is that neither the winch nor the lights are in the box. The bumper is the first bill.
Will a Go Rhino bumper work with my parking sensors and driver-assist package?
It depends on the truck. If you are on a Silverado or Sierra 2500/3500, the BR11 listings name no driver-assist exclusion, and neither do the Ram 2500/3500 listings. That is silence rather than a clearance. If your HD truck has adaptive cruise, send us the year and trim and we'll confirm it. Elsewhere the exclusions are specific. Every F150 front bumper here excludes adaptive cruise control and active park assist. The 2017-2022 Super Duty BR11 excludes adaptive cruise. The 2016-2018 Silverado 1500 BR6 excludes the Driver Alert package. The Ram 1500 BR6 excludes Sport and Express trucks with ParkSense. The Colorado BR6 excludes the ZR2, and the Super Duty rear excludes the King Ranch. At the rear, most bumpers carry a mounting port for the factory reverse sensors. The Tundra BR20 is the exception. It does not work with Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert or Toyota Safety Sense. One more: the 2019-2022 Silverado 1500 rear bumper is for gas trucks only.
