Starting with customer service, my tracking link didn’t work when it shipped. Sent a message to the support email and within an hour had an updated tracking link. As far as the product, every precaution was taken and it was wrapped in a half dozen protective layers for shipping. Install took me less than 2 hours and everything bolted right into place. Truck looks great and nobody wants to be in front of me on the highway hahaha

So listen I never do this honestly I hit a deer with my ram 1500 it’s not the first time every body said don’t put me of those big ass bumpers up front but I gotta tell ya me and everybody that’s seen says how good it looks I had the body shop do the install they also were impressed with how well it went sensors and lights all good very satisfied

Instructions could have been better with regard to all the wiring, but it all worked out just fine.
I needed a bumper for my 2024 Ram 2500 that had a couple of essential features. First, it had to be beefy. Second, it had to offer complete front end protection with a brush guard that protected the headlights. Third, it had to be winch capable. Fourth, it had to allow for factory sensors and cameras. And fifth, it had to have increased tire clearance and decent approach angles for off-roading.

So far I don't have an problem with it all the parts came in and everything fit as it was suppose to. I will let you know when I hit a deer with it for we have so many deer here it is impossible not to hit one they lay dead on the high way and roads all the time. I have hit them with my truck 8 times and I didn't want the insurance company totalling out my truck I should have gotten a bumper long before now
Bought the Steelcraft HD rest bumper for a 2020 Ram 2500. Placed my order on a Saturday and the following Monday afternoon I had my tracking number. Next day it was on my city. Packaged great, cheapest place I've found for bumpers. Everyone who wants at least $300 more for any product. Will definitely be buying the funny bumper from here as well.
