Return Policy

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

BumperStock will happily refund or exchange any new and unused stock bumpers and accessories within 30 days of placing an order.  Custom Orders and backorders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If 30 days have gone by since your item has been purchased, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return process works easy:

  • Step 1: Contact us to place a return
  • Step 2: Receive RA# within 1-5 business days via email
  • Step 3: Send the return bumper back to the location we’ve provided you with.
  • Step 4: Our warehouse experts inspect the product. We provide you with a refund!

 

RETURN ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS:

Please e-mail hello@bumperstock.com to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping address before the 30 days expires. Returns must be delivered to the return address within 30 days of placing your order.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Once a RA# and shipping address is obtained, please be sure the RA# is noted on the outside of the package, in the attention line of the shipping label. Any returns without the RA# won't be credited.  Be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable methods offered by a freight shipping company. Please allow up to 7 business days after the item is received by the returns department for your refund to be processed.

Our delivery partners cannot accommodate the collection of a return item from a location that is different from the original shipping address. For returns and replacements that will be picked up by our delivery partners, the item’s pick up address must be exactly the same as its original shipping address.

 

In case you picked up the bumper from the warehouse, you will need to return the item to the warehouse in the same manner. Alternatively, you may ship the bumper back to the warehouse at your own cost. Please note that all returns must be approved by our team before they can be processed, and the item must be in its original condition with all packaging and documentation included. Returns of items that have been installed or used in any way will not be accepted.

Once your replacement request has been processed, please allow 7-15 days for us to communicate with our suppliers and manufacturers in order to have your replacement item shipped out.

 

Do you accept returns on damaged, modified, installed or altered products?

BumperStock.com will not issue credit or refunds for items that have been damaged, altered or modified. This includes products that have been installed on your vehicle. If a product is damaged in transit you must contact us first (BEFORE you sign for delivery). However, if there is an issue with installation please call us so we can help take care of you.

 

When can BumperStock refuse credit or returns?

We check all returned product for missing parts and damages. BumperStock has the right to refuse credit to any customer if a product is damaged, altered, modified or missing parts. 

 

 

Non-Returnable Products

Non-returnable products include but are not limited to any product that has been installed, modified or tested. 

 

 

What if a customer orders an incorrect part or is dissatisfied with it.

If a customer orders the wrong part or is dissatisfied with the product (Color, Texture, Appearance) or for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for the following:

  1. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
  2. The customer is responsible for any restocking fees that apply
  3. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

 

RETURN ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us immediately! We will arrange to have the items returned to us and quickly replaced. BumperStock.com is not responsible for damage to shipments that are signed clear by the end customer. By accepting a damaged shipment you are releasing bumperstock.com of any financial responsibility. Always inspect your shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt. If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it. You do have the right to refuse delivery on damaged items.

 

If you receive a damaged bumper, we kindly request that you contact us immediately to report the issue. Upon notification, we will open a claim to investigate the issue. However, please be aware that if we do not receive any communication from you regarding the claim for a period of 60 days, the claim will expire and will be automatically closed. This means that if you do not respond to our inquiries and then reappear after 60 days you will not be eligible for any compensation due to the expiration of the claim.

 

FITMENT GUARANTEE:

BumperStock can only provide a fitment guarantee for orders placed via our sales representatives. The cost for returns and replacements due to incorrect selection of items when completing online orders will not be covered by BumperStock. To avoid any inconvenience, please double check the fitment specifications of your selected item before confirming your order or contact our friendly customer representatives to complete your purchase for you.

If you encounter any fitment issues due to a manufacturing defect, please provide pictures of the problem. These are required for us to be able to send a replacement. Make sure to send all emails about fitment or other issues to support@bumperstock.com.

 

Please note: Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. BumperStock reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

Order Placement

What are my options for payment?

We accept the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER, American Express.

Will I get a confirmation that my order was received?

Yes, you will receive an automatic email confirmation the next moment after you place the order. If you did not receive the email please contact our Support Team.

I didn’t receive my free gift

Please keep in mind that the free gift is not added automatically. You should add it manually on the product page before placing the order. Free gift comes in a separate shipment. If you already received the bumper and did not receive the free gift feel free to contact our Support Team, we will be happy to check everything.

How can I check my order status?

You can find the tracking number in shipping confirmation email that we send to you when your order ships. If you did not receive this email please check your spam folder or contact us.

Do you charge sales tax on my order?

BumperStock does not charge sales tax. Only customers from the state of Wyoming are charged the sales tax.

When will I receive my tracking information?

After you place your order we check everything and if all is good then we process the order. When your item is scheduled for shipment we receive the tracking number from the carrier and send it to you. Usually, it takes 1-2 business days. 

Order Cancellations

BumperStock reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.

You can cancel the order at no charge before shipping. Orders that have already left the warehouse can’t be canceled. Backorders and special orders can be canceled but no refund will be issued. Please note that all orders are subject to an automatic 3% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable.

Fitment Policy

All bumpers are designed to fit on stock, non modified trucks. If your vehicle is modified, please contact our Support Team to verify fitment. Please note fitment data on the product page of the parts you are ordering for special notes.

Shipping & Return

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. If your items are in stock we will capture your payment and process your order for shipment. Usually, shipping time for in-stock bumpers is 7-10 business days for LTL freight. Please keep in mind that this time can vary based on location and routing. If your item is on backorder or needs to be special ordered, our team will reach out to you via phone/email/text. In this case, we will provide you with the estimated shipping time and confirm whether you want to continue processing the order.

Does the package include the installation hardware?

Yes, all bumpers include the complete installation hardware for your truck. When we say “complete” we mean all the installation brackets, bolts, nuts, and any other mounting hardware you will need to install the bumper. In case of missing parts please contact us immediately.

Shipping methods

As well all know aftermarket truck bumpers are have so we use Truck Freight for shipping. Usually, it takes 3-10 business days for the carrier to deliver your bumper depending on location. You will have to be at home during delivery. Please inspect the bumper for any signs of damage. Even if the packaging does not have any damages please open it and inspect the bumper for damages and shortages. If you find any, put notes about that on the Delivery Receipt. Backordered Items

If the item you’ve ordered is on backorder we will contact you via phone or email. You will be informed about the estimated shipping date of your item. Please note that all processing times we provide are an estimate. Your items may be delivered within a longer or shorter period than what is stated in the estimate. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, especially with backorders since the manufacturers control this process directly. Please not that once approved the backorder cannot be canceled.

Special Orders

If your bumper needs to be “special order” our team will reach out to you and confirm all the details like lead time and shipping date. Any product or products purchased on special orders are non-refundable and not returnable.

Shipping delays

Due to high demand and shipping companies being overloaded, there may be cases when your tracking number is not visible at once. Or it may be re-allocated by the carrier. In such cases feel free to contact our Support Team and we will figure out everything with the carrier.

Please keep in mind that BumperStock is not responsible for the wrong address or zip code used for a shipping address. If the carrier is not able to deliver your order due to the wrong address and your shipment is returned we will reach out for the correct address.

What is a liftgate?

A liftgate is a commonly used service when delivering heavy items. The liftgate is hydraulic or electric equipment that is installed on the back of a truck, enabling freight to be lifted several feet from off the ground to the tailgate of the truck, or lowered from the truck’s tailgate to the ground

The liftgate allows unloading the bumper without damage.

How do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping to 48 contiguous states. If shipping internationally please contact us for details.

Please note, that Truck Freight deliveries to some regions of Washington, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Idaho, California, Montana, Maine, or rural areas may be subject to a shipping surcharge due to being considered high-cost delivery areas by carriers.

Why do you ask for a commercial address?

Bumpers are heavy so we are using freight companies to deliver your bumper to you. Shipping to a commercial address allows us to use loading docks to carefully unload the bumper and avoid damages. Besides that, shipping to a commercial address is much faster as it doesn’t require using a smaller delivery truck to access a residential address.

Why are there missing items in my order?

If you found any missing parts in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please keep in mind that if you ordered several items they may be shipped from different warehouses so will be shipped separately. Rest assured, all the items you’ve ordered will be delivered to you promptly.
