The Front Bumper Follows the 2021 Facelift
Two front fitments, one split. The 2015 to 2020 Colorado uses the earlier front bumper. When Chevy refreshed the grille and fascia for 2021, the bumper changed with it, so the 2021 and 2022 trucks get their own front bumper. The grid below tags each one with the exact years it fits, so match yours before you add to cart.
Each year comes two ways. The open front is the low, clean version. The pre-runner version adds a raised steel hoop over the center for a taller stance and a high spot to mount lights. Both share the same high-and-tight cut, the same lower air opening, and the same room for bigger tires. Want the taller look and a place for a light bar up high? The pre-runner front is the one. Keeping it low and simple? Take the open front. Either way it is a complete bolt-on, with brackets that tie straight to the frame.
The Rear Bumper: Keep Your Sensors or Add Lights
The rear is the easy part on years and the real decision on sensors. Both rear bumpers cover every Colorado from 2015 to 2022, and both keep the factory receiver hitch and its wiring. What sets them apart is your rear park assist.
One rear is sensor-compatible. If your truck has rear parking sensors and you want them to keep working, order that one, and it opens four spots for 3-by-3 LED cube lights. The other rear leaves the sensors out and gives you two side cutouts for lights instead. If your Colorado never had rear sensors, or you are pulling them, it does the same job for the same price. One heads-up: that no-sensor rear is not cut for the ZR2.
Bolt-On Fit, and What to Check First
Every Vengeance is a direct bolt-on. The brackets tie to the frame, and most owners get one mounted in about two hours, with someone to help carry the weight. The steel is 11-gauge, which is on the thick side; with gauge, the lower the number, the heavier the steel. The finish is a two-stage black powder coat.
A few things to check before you order. The light bar and cube lights are not included; the bumper gives you the mounts. These fit the 2015 to 2022 Colorado, not the older body or the 2023 redesign. The 2.8-liter Duramax diesel trucks fit the same as the gas trucks. The only trim left out is the ZR2. Every order ships free in the US, and the fit is guaranteed to your truck.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Fab Fours Vengeance front bumper fits my Colorado?
It depends on your model year, because Chevy changed the Colorado's front end for 2021. The 2015 to 2020 trucks use one front bumper; the 2021 and 2022 trucks use another. The grid tags each listing with its exact years. These cover the 2015 to 2022 Colorado only, not the older body or the 2023 redesign. The 2.8-liter Duramax diesel fits the same as the gas trucks.
Will the Vengeance keep my Colorado's parking sensors?
Up front, no. The front bumpers do not include sensor or sonar holes, so a truck with front park assist loses that reading. Out back, you get a choice. One rear bumper is sensor-compatible and keeps your rear park assist working; the other leaves sensors out and adds extra light cutouts instead. Pick the rear that matches how you run your truck.
Does it fit a Colorado ZR2 or a GMC Canyon?
Two different answers. The ZR2 wears its own wider off-road fascia, so the Vengeance does not fit it, and that truck needs ZR2-specific bumpers. The GMC Canyon is the Colorado's twin, and Fab Fours builds the same Vengeance steel for it. For the Canyon, see the Fab Fours Vengeance Canyon bumpers.
