The rear bumper fits the 2014 through 2018 Silverado 1500. One part, five model years, nothing to choose.

The front bumper fits 2016, 2017 and 2018. Chevy gave the truck a new grille, a new hood and a new front bumper for 2016, and the Black Steel front is cut for that shape. There is no Black Steel front for a 2014 or a 2015. So those two years can wear this steel on the back of the truck and not on the front.

The line stops after 2018. Fab Fours never made a Black Steel bumper for the 2019 and newer Silverado, front or rear. That is the brand's own catalog, not a hole in ours: we carry every Black Steel part Fab Fours makes for this truck.

Two Halves of the Front Bumper

All three front bumpers share one body in diamond tread plate. What changes is the steel above it and the panel below it.

Above the bumper line is the part you lock in when you order. The three fronts differ in one thing: how high the steel goes. No Guard stops at the bumper's top edge. Pre-Runner Guard climbs a little past it, one bar on two legs across the middle. Full Guard goes to the top of the grille and out to the headlights, with a mesh screen filling the opening behind it.

Work back from the headlights. Steel in front of them means the Full Guard. Nothing in front of them means the No Guard. Steel across the center only means the Pre-Runner Guard.

Below the bumper line, the center panel is its own part. Fab Fours lists a replacement for it, the Front Guard Plate (K20482-1), and two more lower pieces beside it, the Hi-Flow Lower Guard (KGAIR-1) and the Light Lower Guard (KLITE-1). That lower panel is the piece you can change later. The steel above the bumper line is not.

Each front bumper holds one 3x3 LED cube per side. No winch mount is built into the steel. Fab Fours sells the tray separately, part K1200-1, and the bolt-on D-ring mounts as M1850-1. None of the three fronts keeps your factory front parking sensors. Fab Fours marks all three as not sensor compatible.

The Rear Bumper Covers the Two Years the Front Misses

This is the one part on the page a 2014 or 2015 owner can buy. It bolts to every other year here as well, and there is no shape to pick.

The steel is pipe and formed tread plate in the same gloss black. It has no vertical flanges and the edges taper, and Fab Fours matched the shape to this truck's body lines.

LED reverse lights and a license plate lamp come with the rear bumper.

Your receiver hitch and the trailer wiring stay in the spots GM gave them. The steel works around both.

Sensors are the one place the rear differs from the fronts. It takes your back-up sensors where the truck came with them. Blind spot monitors are the exception, and Fab Fours lists that limit itself: this rear bumper does not accommodate them.
