The Front Bumper Splits at the 2024 Refresh

For 2024, Chevy gave the Silverado HD a new face: new grille, new headlights, a reworked front fascia. That decides which Vengeance front you order. The 2011-2014, 2015-2019, and 2020-2023 trucks each take their own front bumper, and the 2024-2025 trucks take a separate one cut for the new front end. Match your exact year and it lands on the factory mounts, any cab, any bed.

The engine does not change the part. Fab Fours lists one front per body, with no separate diesel version, so a Duramax HD bolts on the same bumper as a gas truck.

On 2015 and newer trucks the front leaves your factory parking sensors working. The 2011-2014 trucks had none up front to keep. None of these fronts hold a winch. The Vengeance is the light line, so a winch build steps up to Fab Fours' heavier steel.

Open Nose or Pre-Runner Guard

Every Vengeance front bumper comes two ways, and the choice is pure look.

The no-guard front leaves the nose open: a clean bar with no hoop, tucked low and close to the body. A cutout underneath adds airflow and clears room for taller tires. It runs about 125 pounds.

The pre-runner front adds a center hoop. That hoop mounts a 20-inch light bar and gives the truck its desert-runner stance. It runs about 150.

Both are 11-gauge American steel in a two-stage black powder coat. On the gauge scale a bigger number is thinner steel, so 11-gauge sits in the middle: lighter than a plate-steel winch bumper, well past sheet metal. If you want a clean, factory-width nose, take the no-guard front. If you run lights and want the truck to read aggressive, the pre-runner is the one. Both bolt on with the brackets in the box, tied to the frame, no drilling on most trucks. The lift is the heavy part, so line up a helper.

The Rear Bumper Runs the Whole Range, 2011 to 2025

This is where the HD pulls ahead of the half-ton. The Vengeance rear bumper covers the same span as the front, 2011 right through 2025, so you can match both ends even on the newest trucks.

Three rears cover it. The 2011-2014 and 2015-2019 rears are shared Chevy and GMC HD steel, and both keep the factory parking sensors. The 2020-2025 rear keeps the parking sensors and adds blind-spot monitoring on trucks that came with it. All three are 11-gauge steel at about 150 pounds, and all three leave your factory hitch and trailer wiring in place.

One note before you order. Fab Fours aims the sensor mount for a lifted truck. Run a stock-height HD and the mount often needs adjusting for the sensors to read right.
