Fab Fours builds their bumpers to take a beating and stand the test of time. Every bumper we sell as an authorized dealer comes with a warranty that shows just how seriously the company takes quality and customer trust.

Here's what the Fab Fours warranty includes:

Lifetime warranty – Covers structural defects and manufacturer errors for as long as the product lasts.
Rust protection – Two years on the coated premium lines (Premium, Matrix, Vengeance, Aero) and one year on Black Steel/Elite and Red Steel, covering rust caused by manufacturer application. Bare steel products are not included in rust coverage.
Original purchaser only – The warranty applies only to the first owner. It cannot be transferred if the bumper is sold or installed on another truck.
Proper installation & maintenance – Coverage requires that the bumper is installed and maintained according to Fab Fours' guidelines.
Normal use & conditions – Defects in materials and workmanship are covered under regular usage.
Exclusions – Misuse, abuse, accidents, or outside factors that cause damage void the warranty.
Labor costs – The warranty does not cover labor charges for installing or removing the bumper.
Inspection rights – Fab Fours reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the bumper before approving a claim.
No consequential or incidental damages – Indirect costs or damages related to use or installation are not covered.

It is important to note that when you place your order on the website your preferred method of payment has not been charged yet. Our team will carefully go through your order to verify the details such as product availability, shipping address and other information that is required. Once this is completed, only then will you be charged for your order.

Processing your orders usually takes 1-3 business days to complete. You can avail for our upgraded shipping for faster processing times. On top of that our representatives will provide you updates regularly to assure your order is being taken care of. Opting in to this service ensures your order is processed in 24 hours, if not same day!

You can cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped. Once the order leaves the warehouse you can no longer cancel. If you refuse the order upon delivery, this will be considered as a regular return and you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipment and restocking fee. You can refer to our Return Policy for more details. An automatic 3% processing fee will be applied to all canceled orders. That fee is non-refundable.

We offer a wide variety of aftermarket truck bumpers and most of them are in stock. If the bumper that you like is not available, we will contact the manufacturer so that they could ship the bumper to you directly.

We work closely with a number of distributors and manufacturers to ensure availability the products. If an item you choose is not available with BumperStock and the manufacturer, it is most likely unavailable elsewhere. To make things convenient for you, and to ensure you get the item as soon as possible, you can allow us process your purchase via back-order so that the part is delivered immediately to your address as soon as its available again.

As soon as the tracking number is available, we will send it to you via email. The email will contain information such as the tracking number and the link where you can check the status of the delivery. If you do not receive the tracking number within a week after your order has been confirmed, please contact us via email support@bumperstock.com

Yes, aftermarket truck bumpers are heavy and we want to make sure the bumpers are handled properly considering their size and weight, that is why all bumpers are delivered via freight carriers. Because of this precaution, it might take a bit of time for you to receive the tracking number.

Not receiving a tracking number does not mean your order has been forgotten. Even without one, you can be confident that steps are being taken to ensure the item is delivered to you. There have been instances where delivery has been completed without receiving an active tracking number.

Our shipping partners will never send an order to its shipping address without first scheduling and appointment with you. Before the final delivery to the shipping address, you will be contacted by the delivery personnel via phone to set a date and time for the arrival of the order. This is to ensure that you will be available to receive and inspect your items.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when handling the delivery. It is important that you inspect before you sign. The consignee (you or someone you appoint) must completely OPEN and INSPECT the product.

If your freight item arrives visibly damaged, inspect the product prior to accepting delivery.
If damage is present, DO NOT accept delivery and DO NOT sign the delivery receipt.
Return paperwork to the driver and send us email along with the digital images of the damaged areas

It is VERY IMPORTANT that the package be inspected before you sign the delivery receipt. By signing the receipt and accepting the shipment, you are releasing the freight company and BumperStock of any liability for damages that are not reported on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Here at BumperStock, we are happy to offer Free Freight Shipping on all orders. That means that whether you use a commercial or a residential address you won't be charged for shipping. But in some rare cases (~5%) an additional delivery fee may be required for some hard-to-reach locations. This ensures bumpers are delivered on time and to lower risks of damage during delivery. Most freight items come to you within 3-5 days after shipment.

Free shipping is applicable on both residential and commercial addresses but a residential location may not have the right equipment to conveniently unload your package. Your item will be shipped by a vehicle equipped with a liftgate at an additional cost to ensure the delivery of your bumper is carried out safely.

Having delivered a large number of items, we concluded that there is a higher risk of damaging the bumper during the transition from a big freight truck to a smaller delivery vehicle if it is shipped to a residential address. Not only do commercial addresses have the facilities to carefully and harmlessly unload large and heavy truck bumpers, since the time for additional rerouting will be removed, but the delivery time can also be reduced significantly.

If an order is shipped to a freight terminal, the delivery personnel will contact the customer to inform them when their items are ready to be received.

If the customer does not arrive to receive their order or if they refuse to accept the order for a reason which is deemed not valid, the customer will shoulder all shipping, return, and restocking costs.

Please let us know if a lift-gate is required for the delivery. This is not part of free shipping and may incur an additional cost

Backordered items can usually be shipped within 2 to 12 weeks. We can automatically process your order so that if the item you have selected is on backorder for 2 to 3 weeks, it can be shipped as soon as it is available. We will contact you via phone or email to confirm if you accept the lead time and are willing to continue with your order in cases where the backorder can take more than 3 weeks.

Please note that all processing times we provide are an estimate. Your items may be delivered within a longer or shorter period than what is stated in the estimate. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, especially with backorders since the manufacturers control this process directly.

NOTE: Please keep in my mind that after you agree to place the backorder it can't be canceled.

BumperStock will happily refund or exchange any new and unused stock bumpers and accessories within 30 days of placing an order. Custom Orders and backorders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If 30 days have gone by since your item has been purchased, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return process works easy:

Step 1: Contact us to place a return
Step 2: Receive RA# within 1-5 business days via email
Step 3: Send the return bumper back to the location we’ve provided you with.
Step 4: Our warehouse experts inspect the product. We provide you with a refund!

Please e-mail hello@bumperstock.com to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping address before the 30 days expires. Returns must be delivered to the return address within 30 days of placing your order. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Once a RA# and shipping address is obtained, please be sure the RA# is noted on the outside of the package, in the attention line of the shipping label. Any returns without the RA# won't be credited. Be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable methods offered by a freight shipping company. Please allow up to 7 business days after the item is received by the returns department for your refund to be processed.

Our delivery partners cannot accommodate the collection of a return item from a location that is different from the original shipping address. For returns and replacements that will be picked up by our delivery partners, the item’s pick up address must be exactly the same as its original shipping address.

In case you picked up the bumper from the warehouse, you will need to return the item to the warehouse in the same manner. Alternatively, you may ship the bumper back to the warehouse at your own cost. Please note that all returns must be approved by our team before they can be processed, and the item must be in its original condition with all packaging and documentation included. Returns of items that have been installed or used in any way will not be accepted.

Once your replacement request has been processed, please allow 7-15 days for us to communicate with our suppliers and manufacturers in order to have your replacement item shipped out.

BumperStock.com will not issue credit or refunds for items that have been damaged, altered or modified. This includes products that have been installed on your vehicle. If a product is damaged in transit you must contact us first (BEFORE you sign for delivery). However, if there is an issue with installation please call us so we can help take care of you.

We check all returned product for missing parts and damages. BumperStock has the right to refuse credit to any customer if a product is damaged, altered, modified or missing parts.

If a customer orders the wrong part or is dissatisfied with the product (Color, Texture, Appearance) or for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for the following:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
The customer is responsible for any restocking fees that apply
The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us immediately! We will arrange to have the items returned to us and quickly replaced. BumperStock.com is not responsible for damage to shipments that are signed clear by the end customer. By accepting a damaged shipment you are releasing bumperstock.com of any financial responsibility. Always inspect your shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt. If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it. You do have the right to refuse delivery on damaged items.

If you receive a damaged bumper, we kindly request that you contact us immediately to report the issue. Upon notification, we will open a claim to investigate the issue. However, please be aware that if we do not receive any communication from you regarding the claim for a period of 60 days, the claim will expire and will be automatically closed. This means that if you do not respond to our inquiries and then reappear after 60 days you will not be eligible for any compensation due to the expiration of the claim.

BumperStock can only provide a fitment guarantee for orders placed via our sales representatives. The cost for returns and replacements due to incorrect selection of items when completing online orders will not be covered by BumperStock. To avoid any inconvenience, please double check the fitment specifications of your selected item before confirming your order or contact our friendly customer representatives to complete your purchase for you.

If you encounter any fitment issues due to a manufacturing defect, please provide pictures of the problem. These are required for us to be able to send a replacement. Make sure to send all emails about fitment or other issues to support@bumperstock.com.
