By submitting your build and checking the consent box, you agree to this Release. Plain version: you are letting us show off your truck, and we are putting up store credit for the best builds each quarter.
1. Who can enter
US residents 18 or older who bought a bumper from BumperStock and installed it on their own vehicle. One order, one entry. More orders, more trucks in the running.
2. The prize
Each quarter, the owner of the winning build gets $250 in BumperStock store credit, plus $50 more for a qualifying walkaround video. It is store credit, not cash. We reach out by email to set it up. If a quarter ever comes up short on entries, we roll the prize to the next one.
3. How the winner is chosen
Every quarter we pick the standout build. Our crew judges the build itself, the work, the fit, and how it all comes together. Best build wins. It is a judged pick, not a random drawing.
4. We may not use every build
Submitting an entry does not guarantee we will feature your content. We love seeing every build, but we cannot use them all.
5. The rights you give us
You give BumperStock, its affiliates, successors, assigns, and licensees a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, edit, crop, reproduce, publish, and distribute the photos, video, build details, and any vehicle shown in your entry, along with your first name, city, and state, across any media. This includes our website, social media, email, and paid advertising. We can use this content without paying you, without further notice, and without further approval from you. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials, and any privacy or publicity claim for this use.
6. Your promises
You confirm the build, photos, and video are your own, that you have the right to grant everything in Section 5, and that anyone shown in the content has agreed to this use. If anyone under 18 appears in your content, you confirm you are their parent or guardian, or that you have that person's permission.
7. Release
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release BumperStock and its team from any claim arising out of your entry or our permitted use of your content, and you agree to cover us against any third-party claim caused by a breach of your promises in Section 6.
8. General
This program is run by BumperStock and is not sponsored or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, bumper brand, or social media platform. We may update these rules from time to time, and we will post any changes on this page. Questions? Email support@bumperstock.com.
