The GMC Badge Tells You Which Front Bumper You Are Looking At

Three shapes, and every Sierra body year gets all three. Order the No Guard unless you want the grille covered.

The other two do cover it, and the badge tells them apart. The Pre-Runner Guard crosses the grille with one tube, low enough that the badge stays showing. The Full Guard puts the badge behind a mesh screen, and its frame continues past both headlights.

Each one is a full replacement, not an add-on over the bumper you have. Tow hooks are included with all three. Fab Fours also lists mounts for the factory fog lights on every front bumper in this line. None of them arrives ready for a winch, and the tray for that is a separate part.

Two Changes to the Sierra's Nose Split the Front Bumper Three Ways

GMC gave the Sierra 1500 a new body for 2014, then a new grille and front end for 2016. Fab Fours answers each face with its own front bumper.

That leaves three groups of front bumpers. One covers 2007 through 2013. The next covers 2014 and 2015. The last covers 2016 through 2018. All three shapes exist in all three groups.

One thing goes away whichever you order. A Sierra with front parking sensors loses them here. Fab Fours rules it out across the whole line, and there is no version that keeps them.

2019 is where the line ends. GMC moved the Sierra onto a new platform that year, and Black Steel never followed the truck there, at either end.

The Rear Bumper Does Not Go Back as Far

One part covers the back, and it begins at the 2014 Sierra. A 2007 through 2013 truck can wear this steel up front and nothing behind it.

It arrives wired. LED reverse lamps sit in the steel, and the license plate light comes with them.

Towing is untouched. The receiver hitch and the trailer wiring both keep their original locations. Holes for the back-up sensors are there too. It does not accommodate blind spot monitors, and that limit comes from Fab Fours, not from us.
