Every Front Bumper Is Winch-Ready. Then You Pick the Build.

Every Premium front for the F450 and F550 is a winch bumper first. The winch mount is rated to 16,500 pounds, sized around the WARN 16.5ti and its 10-by-4.5-inch bolt pattern. A pair of 1-inch D-ring points ride on the bumper face for a strap or a shackle. The plate is US steel, 3/16-inch and a quarter-inch. A front weighs between 325 and 386 pounds, by build and year. It is a two-piece mount with adjustment built in, so you can line the bumper up to the truck, not to wherever the factory holes fell.

The build comes down to the truck's job. Run a plow or push through brush, and the Full Guard stands the most steel between the grille and whatever the truck hits. Keep the look clean, and the No Guard sits low and bare. Stack lights or want a taller face, and the Pre-Runner sets a steel hoop over the grille with room to mount them. All three share the same winch mount, so what you pick is the face, not the pulling power.

The New Premium, the Original, and Your Truck's Electronics

The current design is the New Premium. It is the only front cut for the 2023 and newer trucks, and it is one of two choices on a 2017 through 2022 truck. The other choice on those years, and the only design made for the 2005-2007 and 2011-2016 trucks, is the original.

Two things set the New Premium apart. It has the adaptive-cruise mount built in, it works with the factory 360 camera, and it leaves extra clearance for oversized tires. It also costs less. The trade is lighting: the New Premium ships without lights, just tabs on each side to add your own cube lights. The original instead comes with Fab Fours' fog lamps and LED turn indicators set into the steel, which is where its higher price goes. On a 2017-2022 truck with adaptive cruise, the original shifts the radar onto a bolt-on bracket, and a chrome grille will not fit over it.

On the 2017 and newer trucks, the build also changes the camera view. Leave the nose open and the 360 camera reads clear. Set the Pre-Runner or the Full Guard in front of it, and the view picks up a little interference. More steel up front means more for the camera to work around.

The Rear Bumper Ends at 2016. The Front Follows Your Year.

There is a single Premium rear for these trucks. It runs from 1999 to 2016 and fits the F250, F350, F450, and F550. It works a step into both sides of the tailgate, leaves the factory hitch receiver and trailer wiring in the stock spot, and hangs 3/4-inch D-ring points off the back. At around 200 pounds, it is 3/16-inch plate with no sensor cutouts.

After 2016, this collection is front only. There is no Premium rear here for a 2017 or newer F450 or F550. For a rear on those trucks, the full Super Duty page carries the brands that make one.

Each generation gets its own front. Fab Fours makes a 2005-2007, a 2011-2016, a 2017-2022, and the New Premium for 2023 and up. Match it to your body year and it drops onto the factory mounts. The 2005-2007 front comes two ways, open or a pre-runner hoop; the full wrap starts with the 2011 trucks. Two stretches of years have no front here at all. Two things to check before you order. The one F350 that belongs on this page is the high-capacity-tow build; Ford sets it on the wide frame, so it shares the same front these trucks use. If your Tremor left the factory with a winch already on it, these will not fit; that winch is sitting where the mount goes. The engine makes no difference. Gas or a 6.7 Power Stroke takes the same steel.
