Both Front Bumpers Take a Winch. The Difference Is a Hoop.

Fab Fours builds the Premium front two ways for the Titan XD. The hard part of the choice is already settled: both take a winch. Each one holds up to a 12,000-pound winch and sits on 1-inch D-ring recovery points. Both run the same 3/16-inch steel under a 2-stage black powder coat. The winch sits on a two-piece adjustable mount, so the bumper lines up clean, not to the factory holes. Fab Fours sets its own LED fog and turn-signal lights into signature molded housings, and those come in the box. The lower profile opens up more tire clearance too.

The hoop is the whole decision. The No Guard keeps the nose low and open, the cleaner line and the lighter of the two at 300 pounds. The Pre-Runner Guard stands a steel hoop over the grille's center, ten pounds more, for the trucks that push through brush. Winch, D-rings, and lights come out identical either way. Only the bar of steel over the grille changes.

One note on the front sensors. Fab Fours sets its sensor fit for lifted trucks, so a stock-height XD often needs the front sensors sorted, and a shackle left in the fairlead can read back to them. The install is a three-to-five-hour, two-person bolt-on, no drilling. At 300 pounds and up, you want the second set of hands for the lift.

The Rear Bumper Adds Steps and Recovery Points

The rear bumper runs the same 3/16-inch steel and black coat as the fronts, at 200 pounds. It mounts around your factory receiver hitch and leaves the trailer wiring where Nissan put it. Towing does not change. Fab Fours builds a step into each side of the tailgate, so you reach the bed with nothing bolted on. Three-quarter-inch D-ring points give the back end its own recovery anchors.

One limit to know before you buy. This rear keeps your factory parking sensors, but it does not work with blind-spot monitoring. If your XD watches the next lane through the rear bumper, that feature does not carry over.

How big a winch do these hold, and what if I don't run one?

Both Premium fronts take a winch up to 12,000 pounds, on a two-piece mount with 1-inch D-ring points beside it. That covers any winch a Titan XD needs to pull itself out. If a winch is not part of your build, you are paying for a mount you will not use. The Fab Fours Vengeance line for the Titan fits the same 2016-2020 XD in lighter 11-gauge steel with no winch mount, at a lower price. The winch is the whole call: Premium carries one, Vengeance does not.

Will these fit a 2021 or newer Titan XD?

No. Fab Fours Premium covers the 2016 through 2020 Titan XD. Nissan kept the XD in the lineup after 2020, but these bumpers stop at the 2020 model, so a 2021 or newer XD is not covered here. Hold your exact year against the listing before you order.

Do my factory sensors and lights still work?

The front bumpers come with Fab Fours' own LED fog and turn-signal lights, set in molded housings, in the box. The rear keeps your factory parking sensors.
