Steelcraft Bumpers for Ford F250/F350 Super Duty

30 products

Showing 25 - 30 of 30 products

Check your tow hooks first. Two of the three Steelcraft bumper series for the Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty keep them, and one pulls them off. The HD Replacement front bumper holds the factory hooks and adds a front receiver hitch. The HD Elevation keeps the hooks behind a full grille guard. The Fortis deletes them in favor of a low, open face with shackle mounts. Coverage starts at the first 1999 Super Duty and runs unbroken to the 2026 trucks, both ends of the frame. Steelcraft reaches new model years three to six months ahead of most rival brands, and it still cuts steel for the oldest trucks here. Fit guaranteed. Freight to any US address is free.

Three Fronts, Sorted by What They Keep

Steelcraft splits its Super Duty front bumpers by what happens to the factory hardware, so start there.

The HD Replacement keeps the most. Tow hooks stay on every year. The early parts keep the fog lights in place too. A 2-inch front receiver hitch comes standard from 1999 through 2026, and the diamond-plate body carries a full grille guard in Schedule 40 pipe, a thick-walled pipe standard. The finish is semi-gloss black. At $1,599 it sits $60 under the steel Elevation, and it is the one series with no missing Super Duty year. Fleet trucks and farm trucks usually wear this one.

The HD Elevation keeps the hooks too and skips the receiver. The bumper is one welded piece, smooth plate with steel tube wrapped around the headlights and grille. Steelcraft lists the plate at 3.5 millimeters with 2.5-millimeter wing tubes on the parts through 2022. The finish is textured matte. Steel costs $1,659. From 2011 on, the same guard shape also comes in aluminum at $2,632, for owners who want less weight on the front axle. Want the grille covered without a hitch up front? That is the whole Elevation case.

The Fortis is the subtraction play. Factory hooks come off and do not return. What you get instead is the lowest-priced front here at $1,149, a clean face in 6-gauge plate, right around 5 millimeters of steel. Gauge runs backward, so a smaller number means heavier plate. A pair of D-ring shackle mounts handles recovery from there. The face holds most 20-inch double-row light bars, plus pedestals for four 3-inch cubes. From 2011 on you choose it bare or as the HP version with a welded bullnose hoop over it. If a guard over the grille reads as too much truck for you, this is the open one.

Every part on this page is e-coated under its powder coat, two layers standing between the steel and rust.

Winch-Ready, Two Ways

A winch bumper for this truck comes off this page two ways, and the year decides which. From 2017 on, the Fortis winch-ready runs $1,499 and keeps the hoop, the light openings, and the D-rings. From 2011 on, the HD Replacement winch-ready runs $2,099 and holds its receiver and full guard alongside the winch mount. Steelcraft publishes no winch capacity rating for either, so size the winch against the listing before you buy. Before 2011 there is no winch-ready front at all. On a 1999-2010 Super Duty, recovery points mean the receiver on an HD Replacement or the shackle mounts on a Fortis.

Every Rear Bumper Fits Around the Factory Hitch

Towing gear is the first worry on a Super Duty rear swap, so settle it now: all three rear bumper series mount around the factory trailer hitch. The rear catalog is also the simple half of the page. Each series covers the truck with two parts, one for 1999-2016 and one for 2017-2026, and the three run $879 to $899, within twenty dollars of each other. The pick is a feature call.

The Fortis rear is the recovery end. It runs 6-gauge plate with D-ring shackle mounts, pedestals for 3-inch cube reverse lights, and room for parking sensors. The 2017-2026 part clears blind-spot sensors as well. The HD Elevation rear is the access end. Its 2017-2026 part builds a corner step into each side for climbing to the bed, and the structure shows on the scale at 238 pounds. The HD rear is the plain end. You get a clean black face with a bracket for the trailer plug and clearance for parking sensors. It weighs 146 pounds in its 2017-2026 form, about 90 less than the Elevation rear.

Find Your Year, 1999 Through 2026

1999 to 2007 trucks get all three fronts: the Fortis with the hoop, the steel Elevation, and the HD Replacement with its receiver, plus all three rears. These are the years rust has worked on longest, and a rotted factory bumper on a 2003 truck is a part-number lookup here, not a salvage hunt.

2008 to 2010 is the squeeze. One front fits, the HD Replacement, and it is no penalty box: hooks kept, fog lights kept, receiver, full guard. The rears carry through these years untouched.

2011 to 2016 opens the menu. The Fortis arrives bare or hooped, the Elevation adds its aluminum twin, and the HD Replacement picks up its winch-ready version. From here up, most steel fronts also cover the F450 and F550.

2017 to 2022 is camera territory. The guard fronts for these years wear a removable grille panel, so the emblem camera keeps its view. Running adaptive cruise costs the driver-side hook, which the bracket replaces. Factory fog lights relocate into the new bumper, every variation covered. Two cautions from the fit lines: trucks with LED strip fog lights are excluded, and a factory winch and tray come off. The Fortis gains its own winch-ready version in these years.

2023 to 2026 trucks keep the full spread: every front series, both winch-ready options, steel or aluminum Elevation, all three rears. Two footnotes. The winch-ready HD Replacement for these years lists the F250 and F350 only, and the Fortis listings still send a factory winch and its tray to the shelf.

Engine choice changes none of it. Fitment reads by year and body, not by what is under the hood, so gas and Power Stroke diesel trucks order the same part. Published weights tell you what install day looks like: the HD Replacement fronts run about 290 to 380 pounds depending on the year, the steel Elevations about 233 to 249. The published install estimate runs three to five hours, and the heavy parts want a second pair of hands. Hardware comes in the box, and some trucks need minor trimming. To weigh Steelcraft against every other brand on this truck, the Ford F250/F350 Super Duty bumpers page carries the whole field.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do these Steelcraft bumpers fit the F450 and F550?

Many of the fronts do. From 2011 on, the steel Fortis, steel Elevation, and HD Replacement fronts list the F450 and F550 alongside the F250 and F350. The exceptions run the other way: the aluminum Elevation, the 2023-2026 winch-ready HD Replacement, and every 1999-2010 part are listed for the F250 and F350 only. Rears mostly stop at the F350, though the 1999-2016 Fortis rear covers the bigger trucks too. The vehicle-fit line on each listing settles it.

Will the front camera and adaptive cruise survive the swap?

On 2017-2026 trucks, yes, on the two guard series. The HD Elevation and HD Replacement parts for camera trucks carry a removable grille panel that keeps the emblem camera's view, and their listings note the adaptive-cruise bracket sits where the driver-side tow hook was. The Fortis fit lines make no camera promise. Steelcraft adds one caution on every front: parking sensors fit, but performance is not guaranteed, because the shape differs from the factory bumper.

Will a Steelcraft F150 bumper bolt onto a Super Duty?

No. The F150 sits on a different frame, and Steelcraft cuts every part number to one truck, so nothing crosses over in either direction. The same three series exist for the half-ton, on its own years. The half-ton catalog lives on the Steelcraft F150 page.
