Which Raptor Bumper Fits Your Truck?
Start with your model year, locate its row, and the final column takes you directly to the bumpers that bolt to it. The Raptor has been built in 3 separate runs, and a front bumper designed for one generation will not fit another.

Almost every ordering mistake happens at 2 of those boundaries. The first is 2021, because that model year belongs to the third generation even though plenty of listings stretch the second generation across it. The second is 2024, because Ford redesigned the factory front bumper partway through the third generation, and not every manufacturer followed.

Why an F150 Bumper Will Not Fit Your Raptor
This is the first question most Raptor owners ask, and getting it wrong is expensive.
The Raptor is not a trim package, it is a fundamentally wider truck. The 2017-2020 Raptor measures 86.3 inches across the body, while the F150 of the same model years measures 79.9 inches. That difference lives in the fenders, about 3 inches on each side.
A front bumper spans exactly that width. Bolt an F150 bumper onto a Raptor and it ends short of the fender line on both sides, with the mounting points in the wrong place. Owners on Ford Raptor Forum who have tried the swap describe cutting the bumper and fitting Raptor fenders to close the gap.
The brands confirm it from their own side. Steelcraft sells bull bars covering the F150 from 2004 through 2025, and the fitment line on every one of them carries the same exclusion: not for the 2010-2014 Raptor. When a manufacturer writes an exception directly into its catalog, that is as clear as fitment guidance gets.
So the shelf you want is the Raptor shelf, and inside it, your generation.
2010-2014 Ford Raptor: The First Generation
The truck that started the segment. (Wikipedia's Raptor entry walks the full model history if you want the background.) Ford put a wider track, long-travel suspension and a V8 under a modified F150 body, and sold it as the SVT Raptor, SVT being the in-house performance group that developed it.
For bumpers, this generation stands alone: nothing from 2017 onward fits it, and neither does anything from the F150 of the same period.
What is still made for it. This is the thinnest of the 3 shelves, which is what a 12-year-old truck typically looks like in the aftermarket. Hammerhead, Fab Fours and ADD continue to manufacture the front bumper, and the latter 2 also cover the rear. The one overlap with a standard F150. A small number of listings from this era are written as "2009-2014" or "2006-2014". Those are components shared with the F150 of that period, usually flush-mount rear bumpers, and they represent the unusual case where the 2 trucks genuinely overlap. On the front bumper, no overlap exists.
Putting it on. Do not approach this as a solitary afternoon in the driveway. A steel front bumper for a truck this size generally lands in the 100 to 200 pound range, which realistically means a second person and a floor jack.

2015 and 2016: There Was No Raptor
This gap explains an entire category of confusing listings.
Ford dropped the first Raptor after 2014 and did not build another until the 2017 model year. If you own a 2015 or 2016 F150, you own a standard F150, and our F150 bumper fitment guide is the page you want. A listing that offers a 2015 Raptor is quoting a year this truck never had.
2017-2020 Ford Raptor: The Second Generation
The Raptor returned for 2017 on the aluminum-body F150, with a twin-turbo V6 replacing the original V8. This generation has the deepest shelf and the most manufacturers competing on it, and the entry price shows it: a steel front bumper starts at $1,149 here against $2,379.99 on the newest trucks.
The deep bench. More than 30 bumpers, and 6 manufacturers competing over the same truck: Fab Fours, ADD, Steelcraft, Hammerhead, Warn and ICI. No other Raptor generation offers this much selection.
What the money buys. The Steelcraft Fortis front bumper opens at $1,149.00 and the Steelcraft Elevation sits at $1,659.00. Fab Fours and ADD run from roughly $1,850 to $3,400 on the front bumper, and the difference is configuration rather than material: winch mounting, light-bar housings, and open or enclosed front ends.
Sensors. If your Raptor carries adaptive cruise control, the radar sensor behind the factory bumper has to end up back in its original position. Some bumpers are built for this and say so directly. The Steelcraft Elevation front bumper, for example, says it leaves room for both the front camera and adaptive cruise. Review that line before ordering, because relocating a radar sensor by guesswork is how a cruise system stops functioning.
Installation time. Budget 3 to 5 hours with 2 people. The front bumper is the heavier half of the operation, and transferring a camera or a sensor adds to that.

2021 Is the Model Year That Trips People Up
Here is the trap, and it is the one that turns into a freight return.
The second-generation Raptor ended with the 2020 model year. The third generation was revealed on February 3, 2021 and reached dealerships late that summer, badged as a 2021 model. So 2021 belongs entirely to the newer truck.
Second-generation Raptors were still being sold through calendar 2021, though, and some catalogs wrote their year ranges around that. So you will see "2017-2021" printed on parts built for the 2017-2020 body. It appears authoritative because it is printed directly on the part's own listing, and it still crosses a generation boundary.
⚡ The rule worth carrying
Read the model year, not the year you bought it. Whenever a Raptor listing spans 2021 in either direction, treat that year as unanswered and check the part against the generation it was built for. Remember that 2 different trucks wear that number.
The visual tell, if the paperwork is gone. Look under the back of the truck. A second-generation Raptor rides on steel leaf packs over the rear axle. The third generation runs coil springs with 5 locating arms. That is the one difference you can see from a crouch, and it separates the 2 trucks that share the year 2021.

2021-2026 Ford Raptor: The Third Generation
A new body again, and a 5-link coil-spring rear suspension in place of the previous leaf springs, meaning coils and 5 locating arms under the bed instead of the old steel leaf packs. The Raptor R arrived for 2023 with the supercharged V8, and it shares this body, so the same bumpers fit it.
The narrow bench. Just over 20 bumpers, front and rear, and only 2 manufacturers represented: ADD and Fab Fours. Front bumpers run from $2,379.99 for the Fab Fours Vengeance to $2,998.98 for the ADD PRO Bolt-On. The newest truck carries the fewest options, which is normal, and it is exactly why the following section matters.
Bolt-on or frame-cut. This is the decision that does not exist on the older trucks. Most third-generation bumpers we carry bolt on with no cutting required. Several ADD models are frame-cut designs and identify themselves in the product name, and cutting a frame is permanent. Read the complete product name before purchasing, because those 2 words carry the entire difference.

2024 Changed the Front End Again
This is the detail the year ranges hide, and it matters if your Raptor is recent.
For the 2024 model year Ford gave the Raptor a mid-cycle refresh. Most of the revision was cosmetic, but the front bumper itself was redesigned, along with the grille and the tow hooks, and the launch coverage described a modular front bumper offered alongside the standard one. That is a fitment event, not a styling footnote, and the aftermarket divided on it.

Read across the final column and the pattern is unmistakable. On a 2024, 2025 or 2026 Raptor, ADD is the brand covering that year on our shelf: its current Raptor line is published through 2026 and explicitly includes the Raptor R. Fab Fours publishes its own third-generation Raptor series as 2021-2023, which is where our range for those parts stops too.
None of that is a criticism of anybody. Manufacturers re-tool for a refreshed front end on their own schedule, and a brand missing from a column today may publish that year tomorrow. What it means for you is simple: if you own a 2024 or newer Raptor, your real choice is narrower than a total Raptor bumper count suggests, and a listing that quietly spans 2021 through 2026 deserves a second look. So on a 2024 or newer truck, the part number is what you verify, not the range printed on the page.

Winch-Ready, or Not?
Model year narrows the list. This decision narrows it again, and settling it before you start clicking will save you time, because it determines which bumpers qualify rather than which one you prefer.
A winch-ready front bumper carries an internal cradle and mounting plate built around a specific winch footprint. That structure occupies space, adds weight, and generally raises the price. A non-winch bumper leaves that structure out entirely and cannot be converted afterward.

30 seconds of reading prevents a freight return. Complete these 3 verification steps in order.
- Find your model year, not your purchase year. It appears on the sticker inside the driver's door jamb. A truck purchased in early 2021 is frequently a 2020 model.
- Match the year range to a generation, not to a number. A good range stops at a generation boundary: 2010-2014, 2017-2020, 2021-2023, 2021-2026. A range running 2017-2021 is crossing a boundary, which justifies a question before ordering.
- Open the manufacturer's own page for the part number. Every bumper carries one, formatted like FR21-D5351-1 or F210185080103. Search that number, land on the manufacturer's listing, and read the model years they publish. Every catalog downstream is copying that page, so read it at the source.
