Steel Over the Grille Is the Only Thing That Changes

All 3 are the same bumper underneath. Same 3/16-inch plate steel, same winch mount, same light mounts. The one difference is how much steel stands in front of the grille.

No Guard leaves the grille open and covers the bumper line only. Pre-Runner Guard adds a hoop over the middle of the grille. Full Guard closes it off end to end.

So the real question is what you drive into. Pavement, gravel, and job sites: stay with No Guard. Push into trails and low brush and go up from there.

The Winch Decides Which Light Bar You Get

Every front bumper here arrives winch-ready. Add a winch and it changes what the light bar can be, so the 2 decisions are really one.

With a winch in place, the bar is limited to a single row, 30 inches. Pair it with a Warn Zeon and the control box has to move first. That is the Control Box Relocation kit, part 89960. On the 2020 and newer parts Fab Fours widens that to any winch running a light bar, so price the kit in before you order.

Without a winch, that limit lifts and a double-row bar becomes an option.

The sides take smaller lights. Slots and tabs hold 3x3 cube lights. The light inserts are removable, so the face stays closed until you fill it. Lights are sold separately, all of them. Integrated D-ring mounts cover the recovery side.

Your Year Only Picks Which Front Bumper Ships

3 bodies, 3 sets of part numbers, and the one you picked is waiting in each: 2015-2019, 2020-2023, and 2024 and newer. Nothing older than 2015 is on this page.

The 2024 is the one that catches people. Chevy put a new front end on the HD that year, and Fab Fours cut a separate bumper to match it. The earlier parts say it plainly in their fitment notes: not compatible with the 2024 design. A 2023 and a 2024 sit 1 model year apart and do not take the same front bumper.

Engine does not enter into it. Gas or Duramax, the part number is the same, and the body year is the only split in this lineup. Every one is listed sensor compatible, so a truck with factory parking sensors is covered.
