Fab Fours Premium Bumpers for Ford F250/F350

Fab Fours builds the Premium front bumper for the Super Duty in two designs, and on a 2017 through 2022 truck you choose between them. Every front takes a winch up to 16,500 pounds and comes three ways: open, a pre-runner hoop, or a full wrap of steel over the grille. The Fab Fours Premium steel runs heavy, 325 pounds and up. The rear bumper reaches back to 1999 and builds a step into each side of the tailgate. Free US shipping, fit guaranteed.

Two Front Designs, and the 2017-2022 Trucks Get Both

Fab Fours makes the Premium front bumper in two designs, and your year usually picks one for you. The 2005-2007 and 2011-2016 trucks take the original Premium. The 2023 and newer trucks take the New Premium. The 2017 through 2022 trucks are the exception. Both fit, so the choice is yours.

Two things separate them: the lights and the price. The original Premium sets Fab Fours' fog and turn LEDs into the bumper, so the lights come in the box, and its steel mixes 3/16-inch and quarter-inch plate. The New Premium leaves the lights to you, with side tabs for cube lights instead. It adds a cruise-control bracket built into the bumper, opens up more tire clearance, and costs less.

Both designs are winch-ready. The mount takes a winch up to 16,500 pounds, sized around the WARN 16.5ti, on a ten-by-four-and-a-half-inch bolt pattern. One-inch D-ring points sit on the face. The mount comes in two pieces you can adjust, so the bumper squares to the truck instead of to the factory holes.

The Three Builds, and What the Camera Sees

Every Premium front comes in three builds. They differ in one place: how much steel stands over the grille. No Guard keeps the nose low and open. The Pre-Runner adds a steel hoop across the center, with room for lights. The Full Guard wraps steel up and over the grille, the most of the three. All of them run heavy, 325 to 386 pounds by build and year.

The build also decides what your camera sees. On 2017 and newer trucks the front keeps the factory 360-degree camera. Behind the Pre-Runner hoop or the Full Guard, the camera picks up minor interference. The open No Guard leaves it clear. The more steel you stack out front, the more the camera has to see around.

Adaptive cruise carries over on those years too. The New Premium has the sensor bracket built in. The original Premium moves the sensor to a bolt-on bracket instead, one part for 2017-2019 trucks and another for 2020-2022, and a chrome grille will not clear it.

Which Years Fit, and the Two the Front Skips

The front follows the truck by generation. Fab Fours cuts one for the 2005-2007 Super Duty, another for 2011-2016, another for 2017-2022, and the New Premium for the 2023 and newer trucks. Order by your body year and it lands on the factory mounts.

Two runs of years have no front here. This collection does not carry a Premium front for the 1999-2004 trucks or the 2008-2010 trucks. Both are covered on the rear, and other brands make fronts for them.

Two fitment notes before you order. An F350 built with the factory high-capacity tow package rides on a wider frame, and that truck takes the F450 and F550 front instead. And a Super Duty Tremor that came with the factory winch will not take these, since the winch already fills that space. Engine is not a factor otherwise. Fab Fours lists one front per year block, gas or diesel, so a 6.7 Power Stroke bolts to the same steel.

For the platform map behind these year blocks, the Ford Super Duty fitment guide covers every break from 1999 forward.

One Rear Bumper Covers 1999 to 2016

One rear bumper covers 1999 through 2016. That is eighteen model years on a single part. Two more rears pick up from there, one for 2017-2022 and one for the 2023 and newer trucks.

Every rear bumper builds a step into each side of the tailgate, so you reach the bed with nothing bolted on. It keeps your factory receiver hitch and trailer wiring where Ford put them, and three-quarter-inch D-ring mounts give the back end its own recovery points. The steel is 3/16-inch, around 200 pounds.

Sensors follow your year. The 1999-2016 and 2017-2022 rears come with or without the sensor cutouts, so match it to your truck. The 2023 and newer rear is the sensor version. One note for the older trucks: with sensors, a pre-2008 Super Duty needs the newer sensor housing. Fab Fours also sets the sensor mount for a lifted truck, so on a stock-height Super Duty the mount usually needs tuning before the sensors read clean.

Every bumper here bolts on where the factory one came off. Plan on two people and a jack for the lift. Shipping is free across the US. The Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty bumpers page has the full lineup.

Frequently Asked Questions

On a 2017-2022 Super Duty, do I want the original Premium or the New Premium front?

Either fits, so it comes down to lights and price. The original Premium ships with Fab Fours' fog and turn LEDs set into the bumper and costs more. The New Premium leaves the lights to you, adds a built-in cruise-control bracket and more tire clearance, and costs less. The winch is the same on both, up to 16,500 pounds, and both come in all three looks, open through full wrap. On a 2005-2016 truck the original is the only one made, and on a 2023 or newer truck it is the New Premium.

I have a 2008-2010 or an older Super Duty. Does anything on this page fit?

The rear does. One rear bumper covers 1999 through 2016, so a 1999-2004 or 2008-2010 truck bolts on the same rear as the newer ones. The front is the gap: this collection stocks Premium fronts for 2005-2007 and for 2011 and up, so those two runs of years are rear-only here. For a front on those trucks, other brands cover them on the main Super Duty bumpers page.

These Premium fronts are heavy. Is there a lighter Fab Fours front for my Super Duty?

Yes. The Fab Fours Vengeance is the lighter line: thinner steel, near an eighth of an inch, with no winch mount, cut for a cleaner street stance. It runs about 125 to 150 pounds against the Premium's 325 and up, and it fits the 2011 and newer Super Duty. Pick it for the look without the weight. For a winch and the heavier steel, stay with the Premium here.
