They are made with 7-gauge steel and are reinforced to allow for extra strength while keeping the bumpers as light as possible.
The shackle mounts are a part of the mounting surface to the frame, extending through the bumper, and are welded on the inside and outside of the bumper.

Low Profile

The Hammerhead Low Profile Series is built for truck owners who want strong steel protection while maintaining a clean, streamlined front-end appearance. From years of working with Hammerhead bumpers, this design is a popular choice when solid bumper protection is needed without the bulk of larger grille guard setups.

This is the Low Profile with the winch plate built in. Nothing stands over the grille, so the front stays low and flat. The plate sits behind the center of the bumper, in the space the non-winch version gives to a light bar. The steel is 7-gauge, about 0.18 inch. Hammerhead rates these Winch Capable and publishes no pull rating, so match the winch to your part number rather than to the truck. Several of these list the exact Warn models verified to fit, and some Zeon installs take a solenoid relocation kit. Your part number's fitment notes carry both.
